In fact, George was one of the original pioneers of multi-cultural television and was the perfect role model. The point about confirming which city a property is actually in near the Tri-City area is a good one. A friend of mine assumed she was buying in Carlsbad and it turned out the house was in Oceanside. Not a big deal, but a surprise.

Honestly the photography section was the most useful part for me. We are getting ready to list and I had planned to shoot the photos on my phone. After reading this I think professional photos are worth it, especially for the outdoor space.
